Western Budget Motel in Bonnyville is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a hospitality environment and providing excellent service to every guest.

Main Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Register guests, verify reservations, and distribute room keys.
• Answer inquiries regarding hotel services and registration by phone, email, or in person.
• Provide guests with information about local amenities and attractions.
• Handle guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and assignments.
• Compile and verify daily reports, guest accounts, receipts, and vouchers using computerized or manual systems.
• Present statements of charges to departing guests and process payments.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or hospitality-related role (hotel or motel experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation software an asset.
