We recently experienced a system error that mistakenly sent renewal notices to everyone who has ever registered a pet with the Town of Bonnyville. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
If you received a renewal notice in error, please contact Town Hall at 780-826-3496 so we can deactivate outdated pet licenses.
As a reminder, pet licenses are now a one-time fee — no further annual renewals are required after 2025. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
