RURAL RENEWAL STREAM: Council directed Administration to maintain the pause on new Rural Renewal Stream (RRS) endorsement applications for the 2026 calendar year due to depleted provincial allocation limits. Administration will provide updates to Council upon confirmation of any additional allocations or the release of 2027 nomination numbers. Once the strategic priorities were identified, the FCSS Advisory Board updated the organizations vision, mission, and values.
