Bonnyville – The Bonnyville RCMP Detachment is inviting members of the public to attend an upcoming town hall focused on public safety in the community. The town hall will take place on April 21, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Bonnyville Town Administration Building (4917 49 Avenue).
Staff Sergeant Lloyd Pinsent, Detachment Commander of the Bonnyville RCMP, will provide a presentation highlighting public safety issues in the Bonnyville area over the past year, as well as ongoing and upcoming initiatives aimed at addressing crime and enhancing community safety.
Mayor Elisa Brosseau of Bonnyville and Mayor Brian Papirny of Glendon will join the panel to assist in addressing questions related to public safety matters that fall outside of RCMP jurisdiction. Members of the public are welcome to ask questions during the town hall; however, those who prefer to submit questions in advance may do so by .
The Bonnyville RCMP encourages all residents to attend, learn more about local public safety efforts, and engage in constructive dialogue with policing and municipal partners.
