Contractor: KRW Construction Ltd.
KRW Construction will be completing underground utility work associated with the construction project at 5401 – 50 Avenue.
The work includes excavation and installation of underground water and sanitary utility connections within the roadway.
During the road closure:
• 50 Avenue between 55 Street and 54 Street will be closed to through traffic.
• Local traffic access to adjacent businesses and properties will be maintained, subject to safe passage
through the work area.
• Traffic will be directed around the closure using the approved detour route and construction signage.
• Pedestrian access will be redirected around the active work area where required.
• Temporary access restrictions may occur as excavation and utility work progresses. KRW will coordinate directly with affected properties where necessary.
KRW Construction will make every reasonable effort to minimize disruption and maintain safe access to surrounding properties throughout the work. If construction conditions require a change to the anticipated schedule, affected property owners and the Town of Bonnyville will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Construction Hours
To ensure the work is completed as scheduled, construction crews will be on site from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
