The Town of Bonnyville’s Public Works Department hosted a Open House on Friday, May 22.
Over 150 students attended from local schools attended to learn about government services, environmental best practices, and the role of public works in the community.
The Open House included a community BBQ, on-site heavy equipment demonstrations showcasing the tools and work Public Works staff use everyday. These interactive elements provided attendees with a better understanding of the department’s role and operations.
