SPECIAL MEETING August 2
SPONSORSHIP REQUESTS: Council approved the purchase of several sponsorship requests, including a $1,800 Hole in One Sponsorship for the Bonnyville Jr. A Pontiacs 2 Person Golf Scramble, $4,000 sponsorship for the Community Futures Lakeland Entrepreneurship Training Program, $3,000 Gold Level Sponsorship for the Community Futures Lakeland Power Up North Conference, and $400 Birdie Sponsorship for the APEGA 2023 Golf Tournament.
BRIEFLY: The request from the Clayton Bellamy Foundation to waive the building permit fees for the Strathcona Performing Arts Centre was tabled. Council requested the Clayton Bellamy Foundation come as a delegation during a future meeting to provide more information on the timeline of the project.
